This website extends a food scientist’s idea to write a book. Considering that reading books is decreasing day by day and the information is mainly taken from the internet, it has been decided that building a website would be more reasonable. In this way, more readers can be delivered more information.
I hope it will be helpful for those who want to have information and study the relationship between food, nutrition and health.
The articles in Gıda ve Sağlık are written in Turkish by experts in the field. Artificial intelligence is only used for language translation in preparing English, French, and Spanish versions of articles and other content. There is no use of artificial intelligence other than for this purpose.
