This website originated from a food scientist’s idea of writing a book, which gradually evolved into a digital publishing platform. Considering that access to information today is largely provided through the internet and that traditional reading habits have changed over time, this platform was created to make knowledge accessible to a wider audience.

Gıda ve Sağlık publishes content in Turkish, English, French, and Spanish and has reached readers from more than 175 countries to date. The platform aims to provide reliable and easy-to-understand information on food, nutrition, and health based on academic sources.
