Tomato soup is a very delicious soup with a sour taste. You can serve it hot or cold if you want. Although there are many different recipes, the recipe in which the ingredients are prepared by roasting is one of the most popular.
Tomato soup is very healthy, as it is a lycopene store in addition to its flavor. (For more detailed information about lycopene, see Lycopene; Health Benefits and Rich Foods.)
